With over 25 years of experience in project and facility management, Johnson is responsible for optimizing resources, improving operational efficiency, and fostering collaboration among team members to ensure seamless delivery of the foundation’s programs.

Johnson also leads the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of all foundation initiatives, ensuring they align with the organization’s core goals. His expertise in team leadership and conflict resolution helps maintain a productive and harmonious work environment, while his role as a liaison with external partners ensures smooth communication and coordination across all levels.

Profile of Johnson Ode

Johnson Ode is a seasoned Chartered Project Management Professional with an extensive background in project and facility management spanning 25 years. A native of Ado Local Government Area, Benue State, he comes from a humble and hardworking family.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from the University of Abuja, a National Diploma in Public Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project and Facility Management from the Chartered Institute of Contract Project and Facility Management.

In addition, Johnson holds an Advanced Diploma in Project Management from the American Institute of Oil and Gas Technology, USA, and a Certificate in Management and Conflict Resolution. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Project Management, Ghana, and the Association of Corporate Governance Professionals of Nigeria.

As the Managing Director of NEBAT Global Concept Limited, he has demonstrated strong leadership, fostering team collaboration and client satisfaction.
