Responsibilities of the Chief Programme Manager

As the Chief Programme Manager of MOMOTWINS OLD PEOPLES FOUNDATION, Mr. Shaakaa Manasseh is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of the foundation's core programs. He ensures that each initiative aligns with the NGO’s mission of providing care and support to indigent twins, children of multiple births, and the elderly. His role involves leading teams to design effective programs that address the unique needs of these vulnerable populations. Shaakaa is also tasked with the continuous assessment of program outcomes, ensuring that they meet both short-term goals and long-term sustainability.

In addition to program management, Shaakaa plays a critical role in strategic planning and resource mobilization for the foundation. He leverages his expertise in emerging technologies to introduce innovative solutions that streamline the organization’s operations and enhance service delivery. Furthermore, he actively builds and nurtures relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, government agencies, and community partners, to secure funding and expand the foundation’s reach. His leadership ensures that MOMOTWINS OLD PEOPLES FOUNDATION continues to grow, empowering the most vulnerable members of society.

Mr. Shaakaa Manasseh serves as the Chief Programme Manager at MOMOTWINS OLD PEOPLES FOUNDATION, bringing with him extensive expertise and over a decade of experience in management consulting. As a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), he holds memberships with both the Institute of Management Consultants – Nigeria, and the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes, underscoring his commitment to excellence in organizational leadership and strategic management.

Shaakaa's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration (1999) and a Master's in International Affairs & Diplomacy (2009), both from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Additionally, he holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Benue State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Project Management with the Commonwealth University, Belize. His academic and professional qualifications equip him with the skills necessary to oversee and manage large-scale projects and programs within the foundation.

Shaakaa is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies to drive innovation in both personal and professional spheres. He is deeply committed to providing technologically driven solutions to everyday challenges, ensuring that MOMOTWINS OLD PEOPLES FOUNDATION remains at the forefront of impactful service delivery.

In 2008, his expertise was recognized when he was nominated as a CMC Assessor on behalf of the International Council for Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI), contributing to the certification process for aspiring management consultants.

Shaakaa is also a dedicated humanitarian, serving as a Board of Trustee member for Atlanticare Support Initiative (ASI), where he aligns with its mission to improve lives through targeted community interventions. His leadership and vision continue to drive the foundation’s efforts in supporting indigent twins, children of multiple births, and the elderly across Nigeria.
